For the second straight week, one player with Long Island ties saw preseason action with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Former Stony Brook offensive lineman Michael Bamiro played in the Eagles' 14-9 win over the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night at Lincoln Financial Field.

Bamiro played late in the first half and in the second half and had a fairly quiet game, which is all that an offensive lineman can ask for.

Greenlawn native and Glenn High School alumni Ifeanyi Momah did not record a statistic for the second straight week.
