Vick in the lead for QB job?
Chip Kelly has yet to name a starter in Philadelphia, but Michael Vick may be starting to pull away from Nick Foles for the No. 1 job.
Vick not only out-played Foles in camp on Wednesday, but he got the lion's share of first-team reps as well. At the end of a very solid practice, Vick hit wide receiver DeSean Jackson for his second of two touchdowns, this on the final practice play.
"Great way to conclude practice," said Vick, who threw three TD passes. "Chip said [DeSean] was in [bounds], so it counts."
Vick finished with 24 first-team reps, while Foles had only 13. Rookie Matt Barkley, who is not expected to contend for the starting job, did not play with the first team.
