Injury report: Po'uha, Gates limited; Mangold out

The good news: Sione Po'uha (back) and Clyde Gates (shoulder) -- who Rex Ryan said would not practice Thursday -- were limited after all.
The bad news: C Nick Mangold (ankle) did not practice after Ryan initially said he would be limited.
