The Jets claimed free-agent wide receiver Marcus Davis off waivers from the Giants Tuesday.

In a corresponding move, the Jets released wide receiver Antavious Wilson.

The Virginia Tech product played in 53 games during his four-year college career, catching 105 passes for 1,827 yards and 13 touchdowns. In 2012, he led the Hokies with 51 catches for 953 yards and five touchdowns.

Wilson (6-1, 196) joined the Jets as an undrafted free agent on May 10. In 2012, he caught 69 passes for 741 yards and nine touchdowns at Marshall.
