Jets waive Turner, release Lewis; add Sapp to practice squad

Two days after the Jets have their biggest offensive output of the Rex Ryan era, the team announced it waived wide receiver Patrick Turner and released defensive back LeQuan Lewis from the practice squad. In a corresponding move, the Jets signed linebacker Ricky Sapp to the practice squad.
