David Nelson was just about to head from his home in Dallas to the Ballpark at Arlington Monday night to watch his beloved Texas Rangers face Tampa Bay in a playoff for the final AL wild-card berth when his agent called. Jets coach Rex Ryan on Friday declared running back Chris Ivory and cornerback Dee Milliner out of Sunday's game at Tennessee because they have been unable to practice with hamstring injuries.
