Rex Ryan was involved in a three-car accident more than a week ago in Pennsylvania but was not hurt, according to the police report. The crash occurred at 6:13 p.m. on Jan. 14 when Rex Ryan’s 2013 red Ford Mustang collided with another vehicle when he ran a red light, according to a witness.
