Jets coach Rex Ryan on Friday declared running back Chris Ivory and cornerback Dee Milliner out of Sunday's game at Tennessee because they have been unable to practice with hamstring injuries. On Thursday, coach Rex Ryan said quarterback Geno Smith’s numbers and the outcome of a 13-10 loss at New England might look a lot different had Jets receivers not dropped six passes. The best indication about the Jets’ readiness for Buffalo is that no one was confined to a stationary bike during the portion of Thursday’s practice the media was allowed to watch. Wide receiver Santonio Holmes jumped on a bike as the media was leaving, but that’s part of his regular maintenance routine.
