Folk connected on three of his field goals, including a game-winning 48-yarder with two seconds remaining in the fourth quarter to help the Jets beat the Bucs, 18-17.

Rex Ryan confirmed Jeremy Kerley was diagnosed Monday with a concussion, but the Jets coach wasn't ready to rule out the slot receiver for Thursday night's divisional game in New England.
