Sanchez has tight lower back; Revis to be limited in practice
***Updated @ 2:29p***
Revis, who spent several minutes near the rehab group, waiting for his helmet to be adjusted by one of the equipment guys, took his normal spot in position drills with the defensive backs. Given the 20-minute portion allotted to the media, it's unclear how much Revis was able to do.
Keller began in the rehab group, along with Thomas, Landolt and Conner. Smith watched special teams drills on the field and then walked across the field to join the rest of the injured players. Conner was working individually before getting on the stationary bike and Landolt spent a portion of practice jogging along an adjacent field.
QB Mark Sanchez has been added to this week's injury report with tightness in his lower back. Rex Ryan, however, said "it's really not a big deal" and Sanchez will practice fully.
...Darrelle Revis (concussion) still hasn't been cleared for contact, but the Jets cornerback will be limited in Monday's practice, according to his coach.
...In other injury news: TE Dustin Keller (hamstring) will not practice, along with LB Bryan Thomas (hamstring), S Eric Smith (knee/hip) and FB John Conner (knee). Conner reaggravated an MCL injury in Sunday's loss to the Steelers, but Ryan said the fullback won't need surgery.
NT Sione Po'uha (back) will be limited, along with Revis.
The guys are expected to participate fully: CB Isaiah Trufant (ankle), WR Chaz Schilens (ankle), LB Nick Bellore (shoulder), CB Antonio Cromartie (shoulder), S LaRon Landry (heel), C Nick Mangold (wrist), LB Calvin Pace (Achilles) and LB Bart Scott (knee).
As of now, T Dennis Landolt is the only player ruled out for this week's game in Miami.
