Future Hall-of-Fame safety Ed Reed had $50,000 stolen from the front seat of his car, Houston Police confirmed Thursday.
After withdrawing the money from a nearby bank, Reed then stopped at a Bank of America. Police said when he returned to his vehicle -- an Audi. 4.2 hardtop -- the passenger-side window was smashed and the bag of cash was missing from the front seat.

On Monday, the Jets announced adjustments to their season-ticket pricing for 2014.
Prices in MetLife Stadium's upper level will decrease "on average a little more than 10 percent," according to the team. Prices will increase "an average of 3 percent" in the lower level. The Jets announced late Wednesday night that they have hired former LSU assistant Thomas McGaughey as their new special teams coordinator -- filling the final opening on the coaching staff.
