Mark Sanchez hasn't been spotted by the media since the Jets' dramatic win Monday night against the Falcons. But the Jets quarterback checked in with his fans via social media on Thursday.

Sanchez posted an Instagram photo of his medical bracelet with his name, date of birth and surgery date -- Oct. 8.
