What to do about Jones, Washington?

Thomas Jones and Leon Washington are both unhappy with their contracts. What should the Jets do about it?
Nothing. You sign a contract, you honor it. If you don't like it, tough. They should give them both better contracts. They've both proven they're worth it. They should give Thomas Jones a better deal. He's the workhorse. They should give Leon Washington a better dfeal. He's the playmaker.
