A look at the order for the 2013 NFL Draft for the 20 teams not in the playoffs. The order for picks 21-32 will be determined by the playoffs.

The order is based on the teams' won-loss records. In cases where teams have the same record, strength of schedule becomes the tiebreaker. The team with the easier schedule gets the higher draft spot. Past trades involving draft picks also play a determining roll in where a team picks.
