Greg Schiano another Tom Coughlin?

Former Rutgers coach Greg Schiano is attempting to turn the Buccaneers around this season, and at least one member of his coaching staff believes the Bucs can have similar success as the Giants during Schiano's tenure.

Offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan, a former Giants' offensive assistant who was part of the team's two Super Bowl championships under Tom Coughlin, believes Schiano has a little Coughlin in him.

“Coach Schiano is in many ways similar to Coughlin, from the standpoint of very, very organized and detailed and things like discipline and structure and organization being at a premium,” Sullivan said on SIRIUS XM NFL radio.  “I think he’s very bright. And I think he’s someone that has brought a concept of family.

“I think what a lot of folks can expect is just to see a team that’s going to be very disciplined and that’s going to be really focused on the type of preparation it takes to be at their best," Sullivan said. "And use the elements and use the heat to our advantage.”
