Seattle signs Matt Flynn
The dominoes are starting to fall in the 2012 game of NFL musical quarterbacks.
Matt Flynn, the former Packers' backup to Aaron Rodgers, has signed a three-year, $26 million deal with the Seahawks, this after declining a chance to sign with Miami and his former quarterbacks coach, Joe Philbin. The news was first reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter.
With Peyton Manning still not ready to make a decision, the Dolphins were crossed off Manning's list late in the week. They'll now either go with incumbent starter Matt Moore, or else perhaps sign Alex Smith, who visited today. The 49ers' starter is reportedly miffed that the team has gone after Manning.
Manning, meanwhile, is expected to decide between the Titans, 49ers and Broncos.
