That's some oversight there, coach

The Vikings traded four draft choices to get back into the first round and select Tennessee wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson, and he was impressive in offseason workouts and training camp.

But Patterson has barely been a factor in the offense, playing a combined 11 snaps in the first two games.

“We’re going to get that rectified,” head coach Leslie Frazier. “It’s just an oversight on our part, a major oversight because Cordarrelle is a playmaker. We’ve just got to get him on the field.”

No doubt.
