Broncos suspend two execs arrested for DUI

The Broncos have suspended two personnel executives after both were arrested for drunken driving.

Matt Russell,the team’s director of player personnel, has been suspended indefinitely, while Tom Heckert, the director of pro personnel, was suspended for a month.

Victor Cruz apologized via Twitter on Sunday for a controversial message on his Twitter feed after a jury acquitted George Zimmerman on second-degree murder charges in the shooting death of teenager Trayvon Martin last year. The Giants’ receiver reiterated his apology on Monday morning in an interview on ESPN’s “Mike & Mike” radio program, saying he was wrong for his reaction.
