Well, it may not be much longer before both guys are out of a job. According to Jason Reid of the Washington Post, the struggles of both players during training camp and the exhibition schedule could prompt the Redskins to release them both, leaving Clinton Portis as the last man standing in a backfield that once appeared almost too crowded.

Parker might be able to save his job with a good performance against the Jets on Friday night. Johnson struggled mightily against the Ravens, and has looked slow in getting to his assigned running lanes throughout the preseason.
