Kudos to Titans QB Vince Young (pictured), who has set up a fundraising plan to help the many people in Nashville who lost their homes and belongings in the recent floods.

Through his foundation's partnership with Reebok, Young is asking fans to make $100 donations and, in turn, they'll receive an autographed Pro Bowl photo of Young and a "Flood '10 Reebuild" t-shirt. All proceeds will benefit flood victims and rebuilding efforts in Nashville.

“Nashville has taken a beating from Mother Nature and the damage is unbelievable. People have lost their lives, their homes and their businesses. Billions of dollars in damage hit Middle Tennessee in just 2 days,’’ Young said in a statement. “We will be rebuilt stronger than before, so will our efforts to take care of those most affected in our community. Nashville will be so beautiful again!”

Working with Young on the relief effort is Mike Mu, the marketing manager and director of his foundation in Nashville. Mu also helped the late Steve McNair to raise money in the wake of Hurricane Katrina back in 2006.

That relief drive netted 20 tractor-trailers full of supplies and more than $300,000.

Credit Young from taking yet another page from his mentor McNair's book. Young has come a long way both on and off the field in the last two years, as he went from nearly quitting the game he loved two years ago to making his second Pro Bowl appearance at the end of this past season.

And he hasn't forgotten about his promise to be a father figure to McNair's children, as he had them as his special guests at Titans games this season and even showed up at the Dad's Day Breakfast for their elementary school.
