Mark Brown wins Met PGA
Mark Brown, the head pro at Tam O'Shanter, made two birdies on the final three holes to win the Met PGA Championship. He finished at 6-under par for 54 holes at Piping Rock Club. Brown finished at 6 under, two ahead of second-round leader Danny Balin.
Brown also said his mind was at ease in that he has some job security--he recently signed a five-year deal to continue as head pro at Tam O'Shanter in Brookville
