Donnie Millang had three goals and two assists and Leo Denicola had three goals and an assist to lead St. John the Baptist past Holy Trinity, 13-11, in CHSAA boys lacrosse Tuesday.

Justin Benigno made 13 saves for the Cougars (6-6).Chaminade 14, Kellenberg 2: Ryan Lukacovic had three goals and three assists to lead Chaminade (9-0) in CHSAA.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Kellenberg 21, Our Lady of Mercy 11: Michelle Goss had five goals and two assists to lead No. 3 Kellenberg over No. 6 Our Lady of Mercy in a CHSAA quarterfinal. Kellenberg (6-5) advances to the semifinals and will play No. 2 Sacred Heart on Friday.

Miller Place 6, Whitman 3: Arianna Moriarty defeated Carrie Simone, 3-11, 11-3, 11-7, at first singles to lead Miller Place (7-6) in Suffolk.

Patchogue-Medford 6, Lindenhurst 3: Hannah Lazio and Alicia Kreamer defeated Shannon Crehan and Alissa Montalvano, 15-9, 14-17, 15-10, at first doubles to lead Patchogue-Medford.

Half Hollow Hills 8, Commack 1: Emma Cordano defeated Carmen Dieytez, 11-2, 11-4, at third singles for Half Hollow Hills (13-0).

BOYS BADMINTON

Half Hollow Hills 7, Commack 2: Richard Yoon and Alfred Shim beat Navtej Ahuja and John Fratto, 10-15, 15-5, 15-12, at first doubles to lead Half Hollow Hills (8-5).

Patchogue-Medford 7, Lindenhurst 2: Jon Roland defeated Tim Schweider, 15-10, 15-10, at third singles for Patchogue-Medford.

Miller Place 9, Whitman 0: Carson Hammer and Peter Brindley defeated James Latko and Bedel Saget, 15-6, 8-15, 15-12, at third doubles for Miller Place (12-1).

GIRLS GOLF

Sewanhaka District 6.5, Bellmore JFK 2.5: Sara Stiklickas shot 11-over-par 47 on the front nine at Eisenhower Blue as Sewanhaka District (9-1) won the Nassau Conference III championship.
