Changes in schedules and service on some Westchester County Bee-Line bus routes are scheduled to take effect next week, county officials announced Wednesday.

Minor time changes on three routes will start Monday, while seasonal service to Playland Park in Rye will begin on three routes beginning Tuesday, according to a county news release.

Riders will be affected by schedule changes on the following lines:

• Route 13 (Ossining-Tarrytown-White Plains-Port Chester-Rye). There will be minor adjustments to weekday and weekend schedules, but no cancellation of buses.

• Route 40 (Mount Vernon-White Plains-Westchester Medical Center). On Saturdays, the first northbound bus will depart five minutes earlier, at 5:40 a.m., from Mount Vernon's Petrillo Plaza, on East Prospect Avenue between North 3rd and Park avenues.

• Route 60 (Bronx-New Rochelle-White Plains). The Sunday schedule will have minor changes.

Playland stops will be added on days the amusement park is open to Route 13, which originates in Ossining, Route 75 (Rye Metro-North Station-Playland) and Route 91 (Yonkers-Mount Vernon-Pelham Manor-New Rochelle-Rye).

A county spokeswoman said in an email that the new schedules will be posted on the Bee-Line website, on Thursday. Information is also available between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. weekdays at the Bee-Line hotline, 914-813-7777.
