The RTC Grand Slam All-Star Challenge has again been postponed because of rain.

The eighth annual game featuring top seniors from Nassau against their counterparts from Suffolk now will be played at 7 p.m. next Monday, June 17, at Farmingdale State.

The game is played in memory of former Diamond Award winner Ryan Caulfield, an outstanding catcher at Bethpage and New York Tech. Caulfield, 22, died of complications from Lupus in 2000. All proceeds from the event support research to help find a cure for Lupus.
