Last night's Long Island Class AA championship game was certainly one for the ages, as Tavon Sledge scored a record 46 points for Half Hollow Hills West in a 79-75 double-overtime victory over Elmont at Stony Brook.

**FINAL**: Harborfields has won the Long Island Class A title for the first time in program history with a 67-49 win over Manhasset.

Class B Southeast Regional: Mattituck vs. Burke Catholic

Behind Zach Rufer's 21 points -- mostly from the outside -- and 6-7 Brendan Miller's 16 -- mostly from underneath -- Burke Catholic topped Mattituck, 75-59, in the Class B Southeast Regional at Farmingdale State.

Steve Ascher scored 18 points, Tom Ascher added 14 points, and Connor Davis and Cody Huntley each scored eight for the Tuckers (16-7).

**FINAL**: Friends Academy has punched a ticket to next weekend's state tournament with a 49-44 win over Tuckahoe. Godlis led the Quakers with a season-high 25 points. Hefele added nine and Costa seven.

Friends will play the Prep School at Grover (Buffalo) at 5 p.m. on Friday at the Glen Falls Civic Center in the state semifinals.
