**FINAL**: Elmont is the county champ for the first time in program history after its 32-29 (yes, 32-29) win over Baldwin. Senat hit two free throws to give Elmont a 30-29 lead with 43.4 seconds to play. Anthony Elechi hit 1 of 2 with 26.2 to play to make it 31-29 and then Dillon Williams got a strip and saved the ball from going out of bounds for the steal.

Harborfields won the Suffolk Small School title with a 57-49 win over Port Jefferson earlier today at Stony Brook, but did it without two of its top three scorers — seniors Matt McLeod (pictured above) and Nick Fessenden.
Some thought coach Chris Agostino held them out becuase it wasn't a do-or-die game, but he insisted that wasn't the case.

West Babylon 61, Longwood 52: Matt Sullivan (pictured, right) scored 13 of his 23 points in a 17-0 run in the first half for No. 3 West Babylon (18-3) in the Suffolk Class AA semifinals at Stony Brook.
