The latest Players to Watch list features a few new names, including Valley Stream Central's Marc Augustin, who had one of the highest scoring weeks of any player in Nassau this season with two 30-plus point outings. Here's the rest of players who continue to impress from around the county, again in alphabetical order.

Dominique Aberdeen, Baldwin, Sr. -- Continues to lead the Bruins in scoring. Had a team-high 20 points against Hempstead and 19 against Port Washington.

Paris Abrams, Westbury, Sr. -- Had his highest scoring week of the season in wins against West Hempstead (24 points), Floral Park (27) and Campus Magnet (23).

Bolade Akingboye, Uniondale, Sr. -- Another productive week with 13 points, seven boards and seven assists against Valley Stream Central and 12 points against Hempstead.

Marc Augustin, Valley Stream Central, Sr. -- The 6-4 small forward scored 30-plus points in two of VSC’s three games. Had 37 in a win against Hempstead and 32 in a one-point loss to Jericho.

Goey Charles, Uniondale, Sr. -- Led the Knights with 25 points and 10 rebounds in a convincing 71-49 win over Valley Stream Central.

Brett Cohen, South Side, Sr. -- The 6-6 forward scored 26 points against Elmont and 23 versus Floral Park, both team-highs.

Jamel Flash, West Hempstead, Sr. -- Had 11 points in a loss to Westbury and 13 points and 11 rebounds in a one-point win over Hewlett.

Chauvaughn Lewis, St. Mary’s, Jr. -- Scored 12 points in a 70-62 win over Chaminade.

Leon Taylor, South Side, Sr. -- The point guard helped guide South Side to wins against Elmont and Floral Park. He had 12 and 11 points in the two games.

Achraf Yacoubou, Long Island Lutheran, Jr. -- Like much of the Crusaders offense, Yacoubou had limited production in a 53-40 loss Sunday at the Big Apple Classic. Yacoubou finished with 12 points in that game. He had 19 points in a win Sunday against Forest Hills.
