1. Long Island Lutheran (10-3): The Crusaders were held to their lowest point total of the season on Saturday in a 53-40 loss to Boys & Girls from Brooklyn at the Big Apple Classic at Baruch College. But they are still tops in Nassau are hold on to the top spot here.

2. St. Mary’s (9-5, 3-1 CHSAA): Defeated Stepinac, 55-45, and Chaminade, 70-62. Chaz Morrish led the Gaels with 24 points in the Chaminade win.

3. Uniondale (10-2, 7-0 Conference AA-I): The Class AA-leading Knights beat Hempstead on the road by eight points and Valley Stream Central by 22 at home.

4. Baldwin (10-2, 5-2 AA-I): The Bruins jump up a few spots. They beat Hempstead and Port Washington, and head into Tuesday night’s rematch with Uniondale on an eight game win streak. They haven’t lost since the 67-64 defeat at Uniondale on Dec. 18.

5. Elmont (10-1, 3-1 Conference ABC-I): The Spartans lost their first game of the season by 15 points to South Side and beat Hewlett. A rematch with Westbury is on Friday.

6. Westbury (8-3, 4-1 ABC-I): Westbury closed out a three-win week with a 65-51 victory of Campus Magnet from Queens.

7. South Side (8-3, 3-1 ABC-I): The Cyclones beat Floral Park and handed Elmont their first loss. But a loss to Westbury keeps them ranked behind the Green Dragons.

8. Oceanside (10-1, 7-0 AA-II): Gene Garay and Mike Bonomo continue to lead the Sailors, who are unbeaten in conference. They play Massapequa this week. Last time they met, Oceanside won 69-39 in OT at home.

9. Valley Stream Central (6-5, 4-3 AA-I): Several teams could be in the ninth or 10 spots. VSC gets it by beating Hempstead on Wednesday, even though they did then lose to Jericho by one-point on Sunday.

10. Hempstead (7-5, 3-4 AA-I): Two losses to teams ranked above them: Baldwin and Valley Stream Central. Jordan Parks is out with an ankle injury.
