We welcome Miller Place and Southold into our Top 10 this week. Otherwise, there was little movement, though it was nice to see Half Hollow Hills West and Longwood get tested. Gives everyone a little hope in Class AA.

1. Half Hollow Hills West (13-0): Beat the best of League IV last week, knocking off stubborn Bellport, 85-77, Copiague, 82-60 and Deer Park, 64-55.
2. Longwood (14-2): Remained undefeated in League I play at 10-0, with two tough victories. The Lions outlasted upset-minded Ward Melville, 67-65, and defeated Brentwood, 86-74.
3. St. John the Baptist (16-2): Beat St. Dominic, 86-56, to stay on top of the CHSAA with a 6-0 record.
4. Harborfields (13-1): Beat Newfield, 70-47, and Rocky Point, 75-43, to remain on top in League V at 9-0.
5. Lindenhurst (11-4): Tough week for the Bulldogs. Lost close games to Whitman and Central Islip and also saw star guard Kamil Parzych aggravated his injured left knee.
6. Floyd (11-4): Beat Patchogue-Medford, 59-50, and lost to Longwood, 86-75, to move into second place in League I at 6-3.
7. Bayport-Blue Point (12-3): Beat Glenn, 59-49, and stayed on top in very competitive League VI, at 10-1.
8. Miller Place (13-2): Big win over Amityville, 61-46, to move into second place in League VI at 9-2.
9. East Islip (10-2): Beat Centereach, 47-36, and rival West Islip, 49-41, to remain on top in League III at 9-0
10. Southold (14-0): Beat neighborhood rival Greenport, 44-39, before a full house Friday night to improve to 10-0 in League VIII.
