Alex Goodleman scored on a feed from Caitlyn Buckley with 1:23 left in overtime to give MacArthur an 11-10 win over East Meadow in non-league girls lacrosse Friday.
Erin Vaughan Ware had three goals, including one with 11 minutes left to tie the score at 10 for MacArthur (6-2).
Kristen Politi scored off an intercepted pass with 11:17 left, as MacArthur cut a two-goal deficitto to 10-9. Buckley finished with a goal and an assist, Goodleman had two goals and Sam Santeramo had 16 saves in the win.
Oceanside 9, Freeport 7: Courtney Collins had two goals and an assist and scored on a free-position shot with 10:32 left in the game to put Oceanside (6-3) up 9-5 in non-league. Erin Regan made five saves in the win.
Mepham 12, New Hyde Park 8: Emily Schmitt had a goal and three assists and Ashley Donnelly and Erin Gilroy each had three goals to lift Mepham (5-3) in non-league.
