Here's the penultimate Nassau Top 10 list in advance of Tuesday's LIC games at Hofstra. This is the final week of the season for all teams. The LIC winners advance to the downstate state semifinals on Thursday at Hofstra. State finals are then Saturday at Stony Brook. The road to a state title means playing -- and winning -- three games in five days. Quite a task.

1. Manhasset (17-0): The No. 2-ranked team in the nation beat rival Cold Spring Harbor, 7-5, for the Nassau Class C title at Hofstra and brings a state-best 33-game winning streak into Tuesday’s Long Island title game against Suffolk champion Glenn. Three more wins would give them a second straight state title.

2. Garden City (16-3): The Trojans took care of Wantagh, 13-4, to win a fifth straight Nassau Class B championship. They take on Comsewogue in the LIC at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hofstra.

3. Farmingdale (16-2): After beating Massapequa 9-8 in the Class A final, the Dalers are on a 14-game win streak that will be tested to the maximum in Tuesday night’s LIC against West Islip, the top-ranked team in the nation.

4. Wantagh (16-3): The Warriors’ season ended with a 13-4 loss to Garden City in the Class B title game. Garden City raced to a 5-0 lead 14 seconds into the second quarter.

5. Chaminade (14-5): CHSAA runners-up.

6. Cold Spring Harbor (15-2): The Seahawks gave a fantastic effort against undefeated Manhasset in the Class C title game, but came up short, losing 7-5. They were without two starters who had played in their previous meeting with Manhasset, a 7-2 loss during the regular season. They finish the season with two losses, both to their Class C rival.

7. Division (16-2): Class B semifinalist.

8. Massapequa (14-4): The Chiefs lost to rival Farmingdale, 9-8 in the Class A final. Jamie Shand had three goals and two assists, and John Deignan and Rob Goeren had two goals apiece in the loss.

9. Hicksville (13-4): Class A semifinalist.
