GOALIE

Ricky Berotti

Chaminade, Sr.

Berotti posted 13 shutouts in 17 games and allowed just three goals, including one on a penalty kick. He was instrumental in leading the Flyers to the CHSAA state championship. He will play at Fordham.

FORWARD

Jake Butwin

Wheatley, Sr.

Butwin was one of the premier offensive players in Nassau, scoring 17 goals to go with five assists. He scored both of Wheatley's goals in the county final to lead the Wildcats (11-4-2) to a Nassau Class B championship.

DEFENDER

Dakota Edwards

Sayville, Jr.

A versatile player who was a threat on both sides of the ball, Edwards had seven goals and nine assists. He led a Sayville (20-1-1) defense that held opponents to four goals with 19 shutouts en route to the state Class A title.

DEFENDER

Irvin Flores

Brentwood, Sr.

Flores was the linchpin for a terrific defense that had six shutouts in seven games during the postseason. He missed the only game in which the Indians allowed goals. Flores was a part of two state championships and three Long Island championships.

FORWARD

Donovan Fraser

Half Hollow Hills West, Jr.

Fraser had 17 goals and 16 assists for Half Hollow Hills West, which was the No. 1 seed in the Suffolk Class AA playoffs and was undefeated before losing in the quarterfinal round. Fraser has 31 goals and 45 assists in his career.

DEFENDER

Alex Joseph

Commack, Sr.

Joseph was a four-year starter for Commack (17-2-1), a Suffolk AA finalist. His defensive prowess was key to the Cougars, who won their second straight League I title.

FORWARD

Andrew LoManto

St. Anthony's, Sr.

LoManto was a captain of nationally-ranked St. Anthony's (15-2-3), leading the Friars to first place in the CHSAA regular season. He led the team in scoring with 13 goals and added seven assists.

DEFENDER

Tommy Roulis

Chaminade, Sr.

Roulis sent a direct kick into the box that led to the lone goal with 1:32 left in the game and made a goal-line save with less than two minutes left in a 1-0 win over Iona Prep in a CHSAA semifinal. Roulis scored on a free kick from 40 yards in the final minute to give Chaminade a 1-0 win over St. Anthony's in the CHSAA championship game and anchored a defense that allowed no goals in four playoff games. He will attend Dartmouth.

FORWARD

Matt Slotnick

Friends Academy, Sr.

Slotnick scored 28 goals in helping Friends Academy to the state Class C championship for the second consecutive season. He had four goals and two assists in four playoff games. Slotnick scored 66 goals in four seasons.

DEFENDER

Matt Wendelken

St. Anthony's, Sr.

Wendelken was a cornerstone of the St. Anthony's defense that allowed just four goals in 20 games. He was a captain and scored five goals for the Friars.
