Holy Trinity's Colleen Schmidt's rise up the cross country ladder continued this season as she finished fourth at the NYS Federation championship in Wappingers Falls Saturday.
Schmidt, who ran the race in a personal-best time of 18 minutes, 22.1 seconds, was one of six Long Island girls among the top 26.
