Roundup: Clinton scores on corner as Sayville tops Rocky Point
Jennifer Clinton scored the game-winner, her third of the game, on a direct shot off a corner with 13:29 left for No. 3 Sayville (14-3) in its 4-3 win over No. 6 Rocky Point in the first round of the field hockey Class B playoffs Monday.
Brittany Stevenson tied the game 1:30 into the second half for Rocky Point (8-9). Sayville visits No. 2 Miller Place at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
