Connor Coughlin caught 10 passes for 231 yards and three touchdowns to lead Patchogue-Medford (5-2) to a 53-18 win Saturday over Half Hollow Hills East in Suffolk I.

With his third catch of the game, the senior moved into second place for most career receptions in county history with 108. Anthony Lee completed 14 of 23 passes for 307 yards and four TDs. Tyshaun Thomas ran for 134 yards and two scores and Matt Codispoti had four tackles and two interceptions, one of which he returned 21 yards for a TD in the third.

Connetquot 40, Northport 30: Marcus Gutierrez ran for 278 yards on 34 carries and six touchdowns, including a 5-yard TD run with four minutes left for a 34-30 lead. The six TDs tied the school record, set by Mike Pellegrino in 2010, coach Mike Hansen said.

Longwood 42, Brentwood 7: Isaiah White had 80 yards on 15 carries and scored two TDs, including a 31-yard run in the third quarter for Longwood (3-4). Matt McKeon completed 11 of 13 passes for 211 yards and a TD and Glenn Reddick caught four passes for 100 yards and a score.

Sachem North 31, Lindenhurst 6: Kevin Bragaglia had 95 yards rushing and scored on TD runs of 31 and 35 in the first quarter to lead Sachem North (5-2).

Floyd 38, Sachem East 16: Chris Faison had 22 carries for 238 yards and four TDs to lead Floyd (5-2) over Sachem East (2-5). Dashawn Morton had 13 tackles and Chris Winters 11 tackles and three sacks.

Commack 35, Ward Melville 6: Willy Monroy's 35-yard interception return set up Auggie Contressa's 14-yard TD reception from Rob Paccione with 2:22 remaining in the first half to give Commack (7-0) a 28-0 lead. Contressa caught four passes for 90 yards. Monroy ran for 163 yards on 15 carries and one touchdown.

Smithtown West 39, Bay Shore 22: Logan Greco rushed for 182 yards and three TDs on 31 carries to lead Smithtown West (6-1) over Bay Shore (2-5). Matthew Heldberg Jr. passed for 103 yards and rushed for 46 yards and one TD on nine carries.

Whitman 31, Centereach 7: Jaron Batts ran for 70 yards and a TD on eight carries and also caught a 56-yard TD pass from Sean McEnte to lead Whitman (2-5).

Newfield 22, Central Islip 8: Dylan Harned ran for 150 yards on 12 carries, including TD runs of 42 and 47 yards, and made two interceptions to lead Newfield (5-2).

Half Hollow Hills West 49, West Babylon 14: Anthony Lucarelli connected with Jake Klose for two TDs to lead Hills West (4-3) over West Babylon (1-6). Running back Raymond Lyte rushed for 115 yards and two TDs on three carries.

Bayport-Blue Point 24, Greenport-Southold-Mattituck 0: Matt McKinnon scored a 50-yard TD on a fake punt in the third quarter to lead Bayport-Blue Point (5-2) over Greenport (5-2) in Suffolk IV. McKinnon also caught a TD, was 3-for-3 on extra points and kicked a 22-yard field goal.

East Hampton-Bridgehampton 33, Wyandanch 12: Brendan Hughes returned the opening kick 99 yards for a TD, had an 85-yard kickoff return with 35 seconds left in the half and a 20-yard interception return in the fourth for East Hampton-Bridgehampton (3-4).

Smithtown East 63, Copiague 28: Andrew Federico rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns on six carries to lead Smithtown East (5-2). Pat Clancy connected with Kevin Schroeder for 42-yard TD pass. Tom Datre and Ryan Kenney each ran for two TDs.
