Cruz accounts for 6 TDs as Hills West wins Class III title
JeVahn Cruz wobbled, but he didn't fall down.
Half Hollow Hills West's 5-9, 165-pound senior quarterback took a crushing hit on defense during the first series of yesterday's Long Island Class III championship game and had to be helped off the field. He seemed dazed on the sideline while resting for a few plays but returned when the offense got the ball.
