Wide receiver Zach LoCicero threw for two touchdowns on option plays, caught four passes for 88 yards and a score and ran for 56 yards to lead Lynbrook to a 35-3 victory over Manhasset yesterday in Nassau III.
LoCicero completed 2 of 3 passes, all in the first half, and he hit Brendan McDougal for a 36-yard TD and Owen Daly for a 28-yard score. LoCicero also had a 19-yard TD catch to give the Owls a 7-3 lead in the second quarter.

Manhasset opened scoring with a 22-yard field goal in the first quarter, but the Owls responded with 35 unanswered points. Defensive end Kevin Lann intercepted a screen pass in the third quarter, recovered a fumble in the second quarter and had two sacks. Linebacker Matt Hargadon had eight tackles and a sack.
Glen Cove 20, Floral Park 6: Anthony Guttilla ran 59 yards and scored two TDs to lead Glen Cove (3-1) in Nassau III.
Guttilla scored the first of his two 1-yard touchdowns to give the Big Red a 14-6 lead in the second quarter. That plunge was preceded by Billy Neice's 45-yard run, which put Glen Cove at the 1. David Perkins threw for 77 yards and a touchdown, and ran for 22 yards.
Max McCrindle had seven tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery as Glen Cove's defense forced four turnovers. Defensive tackle Rashawn White made eight tackles and Mike Burrell, who also had a 65-yard TD catch, had three tackles and an interception. Tim Hogan also made an interception. Floral Park is 2-2.
Valley Stream South 29, New Hyde Park 8: Nigel Armstrong ran for 105 yards and a touchdown and James Cannon rushed for two touchdowns to lead Valley Stream South (1-3). Neil Plinto ran for 69 yards, including an 8-yard touchdown that capped a 13-play, 80-yard drive on the Falcons' opening drive. Cannon's 20-yard TD run gave Valley Stream South a 23-0 lead in the third quarter. Stefawn James added 77 rushing yards on 10 carries. Jesse Blouin had an interception and Frank Romano had a sack.
