Allison McKenna (above) had 30 points, 23 rebounds and 10 blocks to lead Glenn to a 76-65 win over North Shore in the Class A Long Island Championship.
Melodee Riley had 18 points and 17 rebounds to lead Riverhead to a 56-50 win over Baldwin in the Class AA Long Island Championship.

After losing the first game of the season, Riverhead hasn’t lost since. The Blue Waves had a goal of winning a county championship with a core that has been together for a few seasons and their aspirations came to fruition tonight in a 60-52 win over Hauppauge in the Suffolk Class AA finals.
