Hudson Valley teams in state high school basketball semifinals and finals
Ten high school basketball teams were crowned state champions over the weekend, including the Ossining and Irvington girls squads. In all, seven teams from the Hudson Valley reached at least the semifinal rounds of the New York State Public High School Athletic Association tournaments. The boys semifinals and finals were played in Glens Falls, and the girls played in Troy. (March 15-17, 2013)
