Midfield, Junior
The Franchise led Suffolk County in scoring with 97 goals to go along with 33 assists despite missing four games with a hamstring injury. The two-time first-team All America tied her own school record with 10 goals in a game twice this season, and scored at least four in all 15 games she played, including six in each of Northport’s three playoff contests.

Attack, Junior
Emerged as an unstoppable scoring threat for the Trojans, leading Nassau Conference I with 84 goals and 124 points. She capped the season with seven goals and two assists in the state Class B championship game, including a buzzer beater at the end of the first half that gave GC its final lead.

The shifty two-time first-team All American led the Wildcats with 104 points (67 goals, 37 assists) and will head to Notre Dame next year clad in four state Class C championship medals. She finishes her illustrious five-year career at SWR with 211 goals and 147 assists.

Goalie, Senior
This Syracuse-bound backstop finished the year with 185 saves, including 33 in three playoff games, and had 11 double-digit save performances in 18 games. She anchored a Lions defense that allowed 10.5 goals per contest and made a season-high 16 saves in a win over Half Hollow Hills.

Like Brosco, this first-team All-American attack will take four state titles to Yale next year. This season, she led SWR with 70 goals and was named MVP of the state tournament after racking up seven goals and five assists in two games in Cortland. She finishes her four-year career with 195 goals and 104 assists.

In just her second season playing lacrosse (she was a two-time All-American softball player as freshman and sophomore), the Northwestern-bound standout led the Suffolk Class A champion Marauders with 57 goals, including four in a 13-12 upset over No. 1 Northport in the county final.

The youngest member of the All-Long Island team may be the most exciting to watch. Majorana plays the game at a frantic pace, blowing past defenders with bobs and weaves before finishing with a wicked shot. She led the Nassau Class C champions with 52 goals and 32 assists.

The CHSAA player of the year led the Friars to their third straight Nassau-Suffolk CHSAA title despite breaking her ankle and fracturing her pelvis in a severe car accident during basketball season. She scored eight goals in her first full game back on April 7 and finished with 59, including 11 in two playoff games.

The two-time first-team All-American led the Eagles with 84 goals (second in the county), including the winner on a diving shot two minutes into overtime in the Suffolk Class B final. The Northwestern-bound standout finished her career with 330 goals, which is fourth best in state history.

The first-team All-American who’ll play at Syracuse next year had her season cut short after seven games because of a torn ACL. But she still managed to amass 27 goals and 47 assists (third best in Suffolk) and break the state career assists mark (she finished with 278) in the last full game she played for the Eagles.

One of Farmingdale’s go-to scorers since her sophomore year, Raso took on a new rule as captain and leader as the Dalers won their second straight state Class A championship. Raso, who will play at Fairfield next year, led the Dalers with 68 goals to go along with 35 assists.

She had to retrieve her jersey from a frame on Portledge’s wall for the All-Long Island photo shoot. The school retired her No. 24 after the season, and with good reason. Reilly broke the state single-season scoring record with 132 goals and led Portledge to its first ever NYSAIS state championship.

For the second straight season Rix turned the state tournament into her personal scoring playground. She had 15 goals and three assists in Garden City’s final three games as the Trojans won their fifth straight state Class B title. Rix finished the season with 62 goals and 21 assists.

Schmidt is the rare player that can create scoring chances as well as finish them. With her keen eye for the goal, she put up 55 goals and 46 assists, including 11 goals and 10 assists in three playoff games.
