1. St. Anthony's (12-1)
Nothing unexpected here. The Friars beat league opponents Our Lady of Mercy and Kellenberg last week. Chrissy Schreiber and Annie Heagerty each had five goals and two assists in a win over the Firebirds. St. Anthony's is ranked third in the country by LaxPower and has outscored its opponents 184-70.

2. Sacred Heart (14-1)
Similar week for the Spartans, who beat Kellenberg and St. John the Baptist. Maeve Quinn, Becky Conto and Aileen Carey each scored three goals and Nina Corcoran had six assists in the 16-11 win over the Cougars, the team they faced in last year's semifinals. Sacred Heart is ranked 16th in LaxPower. They've got big games upcoming with St. Anthony's and Shoreham-Wading River.

3. St. John the Baptist (6-5)
The Cougars move up a spot, ahead of Kellenberg, despite having lost two of its last three. Losses to Comsewogue and Sacred Heart sandwiched a win over Holy Trinity in which Kaitlyn Montalbano and Morgan Jaycox combined for 16 goals.

4. Kellenberg (5-6)
Granted, their last two losses have come from Sacred Heart and St. Anthony's, but the Firebirds have fallen below .500, so we had to drop them down a spot. They're ranked ahead of LuHI on the strength of Kellenberg's win in their head-to-head matchup early in the season.

5. Long Island Lutheran (8-1)
No change here. The Crusaders' Friday game against St. Mary's was rescheduled, so there was no action to report. However, you can read more about Long Island Lutheran here.
