After big shakeups in last week's Big 10, not as much movement for girls lax teams in Week 4 of the spring edition, except for Northport. The Tigers' 19-11 win over West Islip on Tuesday in a rematch of the Suffolk Class A final vaulted them into the Big 10 for the first time this season at No. 10.

In Week 2 of the Spring Big 10, three Long Island girls lacrosse teams remain in the rankings — Farmingdale stays at No. 3 (behind Bay Shore softball and St. Anthony's boys lacrosse), Garden City remains at No. 4, and West Babylon moves up a spot to No. 7.
