CHSAA Championship Game: Live Update
5:57 p.m. -- A live update on today's CHSAA girls soccer championship game at Adelphi:
Unbeaten, top-seeded St. Anthony's and No. 2 Kellenberg will enter the second half of play locked in a scoreless tie. Sarah Wacik had six saves in the half as the Kellenberg defense held St. Anthony's without a first-half goal for just the third time all season. Jensen Wiedmer stopped three shots for St. Anthony's.
St. Anthony's swept the season series with Kellenberg, handing them their only two losses of the season. St. Anthony's won 2-1 on September 17 thanks to a goal by Marissa Christy with eight minutes left and 2-0 on October 18 after a two-goal performance by Maria Jones.
