Kieran Fallon controlled a rebound and scored the man-up winner 3:25 into overtime yesterday, leading No. 3 Kellenberg over No. 2 Fordham Prep, 12-11, in a CHSAA boys lacrosse intersectional quarterfinal.

Fallon, who had four goals, also tied the game at 11 with 2:40 left in the fourth quarter. A.J. Sandorfi had four goals and one assist.

Kellenberg will play Tuesday at No. 1 St. John the Baptist in a semifinal.SOFTBALL

Babylon 4, Center Moriches 2: Molly Cummings' two-out single scored Bridgette Rohl for the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth to lead No. 2 Babylon (16-3) over No. 1 Center Moriches in the Suffolk B Winner's Bracket final. Cierra Smith's two-run single for Center Moriches tied the game at 2 in the bottom of the sixth. Allie Stanya struck out five and allowed five hits and two runs in the complete-game win. Erin Going went 3-for-4 with one RBI and a run. The Panthers will face the winner of the loser's bracket final between Center Moriches and No. 3 Hampton Bays in the championship on Thursday.

Hampton Bays 3, Mercy 1: Rebecca Harris and Katie Picataggio each had RBI singles in the first inning to lead No. 3 Hampton Bays (13-7) over No. 4 Mercy in a Suffolk B Loser's Bracket semifinal. Marley Tyler struck out seven and scattered four hits in the complete-game win. The Baymen will play at No. 1 Center Moriches on Tuesday.
