1. MANHASSET GIRLS LACROSSE

Lindsey Ronbeck scored five times and a goal by Erin Barry in the waning moments of OT gave the Indians a 10-9 win over Garden City to retain their No. 3 national ranking, according to LaxPower. Manhasset, which was boosted by a four-goal effort by Barry in a 12-10 win against Wantagh, is the only undefeated team in Nassau Conference I.

2. ST. ANTHONY'S BOYS TRACK

Liam Ackerman won the pole vault at the Bob Pratt Invitational last weekend, clearing 13 feet. Pat Tucker finished 11th in the 3K Championship at The Penn Relays, running 8:43.08.

3. MASSAPEQUA BOYS LACROSSE

The defending state Class A champions' winning streak is now 31 straight after victories over Farmingdale, 11-6, and East Meadow, 17-4. Ryan Tierney (31 goals, 23 assists) continues to lead Chiefs in scoring. Phil Brady (faceoffs) and Tommy Kempton (goalie) have been rock solid.

Lefthander Nick Fanti improved to 5-0 with an ERA of 0.74 in an 8-0 win over Eastport-South Manor. Fanti, who is also batting .576 leads a hot Eagles offense with talented catcher PJ Contreras and leadoff man Billy Huber.

5. BAY SHORE GIRLS TRACK

Aviana Goode won the 100-meter hurdles at the Bob Pratt Invitational last weekend in 14.96 seconds. Goode also took the long jump, flying 17 feet, seven inches. Bay Shore won the team competition, scoring 78 points. .

6. DIVISION BASEBALL

The undefeated Blue Dragons' final six games are against Plainedge and South Side - a very tough road. The defending Nassau Class A champs will be put to the test.

7. SYOSSET BOYS LACROSSE

Alex Concannon (34 goals, 29 assists) and Mac O'Keefe (40 goals, 20 assists) are a lethal 1-2 scoring punch for the Braves, whose only blemish is a 7-6 loss to Massapequa.

8. MIDDLE COUNTRY GIRLS LACROSSE

Sisters Nikki and Jamie Ortega each had four goals and two assists as Middle Country beat Sachem East, 13-6, last Thursday and continued to roll as the last remaining undefeated team in Suffolk. The "Mad Dogs" - as the team has nicknamed itself - are loaded with talent on both ends and have proven themselves the favorite in Class A.

9. SMITHTOWN EAST GIRLS GOLF

Alexa Niven shot a 3-over 39 on the front nine of Smithtown Landing to lead Smithtown East (7-0) in its 9-0 win over Bay Shore. Smithtown East also beat Northport, 8.5-0.5.

10. CONNETQUOT BASEBALL

The T-Birds are coming off a three-game sweep in which they pounded Sachem North for 34 runs. Leftfielder Aaron Gagliano leads the T-Birds with a .545 average
