1. SACHEM EAST FIELD HOCKEY

The defending Class A state champs continued to roll, winning both of their games last week. The Flaming Arrows topped Smithtown East, 2-0, avenging their only loss in 2011. Kayla McKeveny scored three goals in a 7-1 win over Huntington.

2. LAWRENCE FOOTBALL

8. SAYVILLE FOOTBALL

A stifling defense was highlighted by Patrick Waters' 13-yard interception return for a score in a 21-0 win over Islip. The Golden Flashes improved to 2-0 as Zach Sirico threw a 42-yard scoring pass to Matt Starr to open the scoring.

9. SOUTH SIDE GIRLS SOCCER
