After many high school events were postponed by the weekend's snowstorm, the schedule has begun to clear up.

In Suffolk, the second day of the Section XI wrestling tournament will be Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. at Walt Whitman High School. The finals, consolation semifinals and consolation finals all will be contested, according to Suffolk coordinator Bob Panariello.

The Suffolk Division II wrestling championship tournament will be Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. The finals are scheduled to begin by 6 p.m. at the latest.

The League II swimming qualifier will take place Tuesday at Hauppauge at 4:30 p.m., and the winter track state qualifier will be today at 5 p.m. at Suffolk CC-Brentwood.

In Nassau, the Division I wrestling tournament will conclude Tuesday at Hofstra. The semifinals are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m., with the finals starting at 8 p.m.

The gymnastics team championship also will be Tuesday at Plainview Middle School at 5 p.m. The meet will consist of the top eight teams in Nassau County.

Finally, girls and boys individual bowling in Nassau will be at Garden City Bowl at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
