With the Millrose Games only four days away, you couldn't fault Brianna Nerud and Samantha Nadel if they had wanted to conserve their legs Tuesday night.

But with a county title at stake, the two decided to go all out and were rewarded for their effort.

The distance duo finished 1-2 in the 1,000 meters, the 600 and the 1,500 for North Shore in the Nassau Class B championship at St. Anthony's....
