Track and field roundup: Smithtown West boys win

Chris Ammann won the high jump (6-4), the triple jump in 41-9 1/2 and the 110 hurdles in 16.3 seconds for visiting Smithtown West in a 76-65 track and field win over West Babylon on Wednesday.

GIRLS TRACK

East Meadow 90, Massapequa 78, Port Washington 9: Alex Simonoff won the high jump (4- 10), long jump (15-2) and led the winning 4 x 100-meter relay team (52.2) to lead East Meadow (13-0).

Riverhead 102, Hauppauge 48: Ashley Bell won the 100 (12.5), the 200 (26.1) and anchored the winning 4 x 100 relay team (51.4) to lead Riverhead.
