The Islanders announced their eight-game preseason schedule on Tuesday, highlighted by their first game at Barclays Center against the Devils on Sept. 21.

The Isles open the preseason schedule with split-squad games against the Flames on Sept. 17 in Regina, Saskatchewan and Calgary, though the Saddledome may not be ready by then after recent flooding.

The Isles' lone preseason appearance at Nassau Coliseum is Sept. 27 against the Predators.

The regular season NHL schedule is due to be released in the next day or two.
